Educated at leading global institutions including HEC Paris, where he earned an MBA, and the London School of Economics, where he completed an MSc in Accounts and Finance, he developed a strong foundation in strategy, organizational structure, and data-driven decision-making. Exposure to diverse, multicultural environments shaped his long-term vision of building an education institution grounded in innovation and sustainability.
Before founding Sky World School, he held senior roles across investment banking, private equity, and education ventures. His experience at Morgan Stanley in London and Hong Kong provided deep insight into global markets, risk management, and value creation. As a founding partner at Mark88 Capital, he led private equity investments and investor relationships. Later, as CFO of Reliance Industries’ Ed-Tech arm, he managed multiple acquisitions, gaining hands-on experience in scaling education systems.
Since establishing Sky World School in 2009, he has led infrastructure, finance, fundraising, and academic systems. He continues to focus on scaling the institution and strengthening the Sky Learning System for future-ready education.

Mrs. Santosh Bhandari is a highly respected educationist with over five decades of dedicated service in school education.
Widely known across Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali, she has played a key role in shaping academic standards in the region. Her leadership at DAV School set strong benchmarks, and her contributions continue to influence the tri-city’s educational ecosystem.
In recognition of her exceptional work, she has received the prestigious National Teachers Award from the President of India.
Mrs. Bhandari is the architect of the Sky Learning System (SLS), an innovative framework that blends experiential learning, inquiry-based discovery, and the theory of multiple intelligences. Developed at the foundation of Sky World School, SLS supports academic excellence while nurturing emotional, social, and intellectual growth aligned with global practices.
As Chairperson of Sky World School, she mentors academic teams, leads educator training, integrates thoughtful use of AI, and oversees data-driven evaluations. Her vision and academic leadership ensure the school’s excellence remains strong as it grows.
